What condition do the clothes need to be? Please bring clothing that is in a very good condition. No fading, stains or bobbling. ll items must be clean and freshly laundered.
What brands do you accept? examples include- Boden, Joules, ted baker, Frugi. Please refer to brand checker for further info
How does the trade in work? Bring in a bundle and I will check over everything and offer you a trade in price. You then have the option to accept or not. If you’re happy with what is offered you will receive a voucher with the amount on which you can then spend in store.
Do you accept trade ins via post? All trade ins must be in person at present
Do you offer refunds? Items purchased with a trade in gift voucher are non-refundable. Items paid for can be returned within 14days with a receipt
